Publisher is NOT a draw program! Sheesh!

I am sure you can use MS Word as well to create brochures. Just do a File -> New in MS Word and browse the several options that come up. If nothing works, try using columns in MS Word itself. It wont be as fancy or easy as in MS Publisher, but it should work.

Get the Open Office Suite. It's suppose to have a draw program in it like publisher. I've never used it, but Open office is a free program and works like MSOffice.
