Most Non-Trinitarian Christians believe that Jesus was God, so they pray to Jesus, they believe they are the same, so it's all they worship is Jesus. Every one at the end of their prayers, is in Jesus name only. In the Bible they take the scripture, that Jesus is the fullness of the the Godhead bodily. Just to mention a few.

Dear Heavenly Father I come to you.....(then I say my prayer), in Jesus name amen. I do believe in The Father (God), The Son(Jesus) and The Comforter (Holy Ghost). I am a Christian but I don't call myself a Trinitarian.
