Be careful adding milk, as it will make the brownies taste a bit burned. You must be making a very large batch. I think the proportions of eggs and corn oil are working against you to fiddle with the cocoa flavor. Also, don't beat the eggs first, since you need them to emulsify your fats for better chocolate flavor. Here is a tried and true cocoa brownie recipe I can pass on to you:
2 cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter (no margarine)
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp table salt
Mix sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased square pan. Bake in 350 degree oven. Bake approx 30 mins.
hope that helps!

The cocoa taste will dissipate once you bake them and I wouldn't recommend adding milk to the recipe. In the future, you might want to mix the cocoa powder and sugar together and then add the dry ingredients to that. It will distribute the cocoa more evenly.
Hope this helps :)

I would bake them first to see how they taste when they are finished.
If they are too chocolately then probably less cocoa.
My motto is... No such thing as too chocolatey!

Add a LITTLE bit of milk. Personally, if they are too chocolaty, i just drink milk with it.
