Instead of just saying God did it they come up with ridiculous natural explanations to answer for the Bible.

Things like:

-An ice or water canopy to explain the Great Flood.
-Since all species of animals and their food couldn't fit in the Ark, they say "generic animals" went into the Ark and super-evolved into all the different species in a few generations after the Flood.
-They say the super continent Pangaea existed 4500 years ago even when continental drift travels about the same speed as your fingernails grow. (It would have to around 90000 times faster than it is now =P)

And this is only for the Great Flood!!

Why do they make it hard on themselves?

See, Lion of Judah makes it hard on himself. Unsubstantiated conjecture doesn't impress me and shouldn't impress anyone else with a brain.

I don't know of a single creationist (although there may very well be some) who says that they know things for a fact. I do know of a few that hold these things as hypothesis. Why do evolutionists make it hard on themselves by insisting that things evolve pieces of equipment like eyes or wings, when without them an animal would never even think to attempt to perform something that would require the function of a body part they don't have? How many flightless animals plummeted to their death from the tops of trees before somebody was finally born with wings? How do you suppose something without optic nerves even sensed light and began to evolve optic nerves in the first place? Yeah, I know you are going to say that my answer is stupid (you will say it one way or another), but in reality these are just some simple questions for the purpose of pointing out the absurdity of evolutionary "theory".

Some? I think anyone calling themselves a creationist is asking for ridicule. They all believe basically the same nonsense.

And every time they use their computer (which exists because of knowledge gained from science). Or drive their car (which exists because of knowledge gained from science). Or turn on their lights (which exist because of knowledge gained from science). Or take vitamins (which exist because of knowledge gained from science). Essentially, anyone who's a Creationist who isn't Amish is a hypocrite.

Some people desire to have more than faith, perhaps curiosty, education, or for entertainment purposes.

These scientists try to give logival scientific theories to these questions.

I also have problems with some of them, but I am not gonna knock them down as atheists and evolutionists sometimes have crazy ideas too.

Its all theory.

That post by Lion of Judah may be the worst piece of pseudoscience I have ever come across out here.

Doma-Proving you have no idea what a theory is in science.

They refuse to give ground on the core belief and try to fit convenient facts to the story they want to tell. They adopt ideas from comprehensive understanding of real science in the piecemeal apologetics of Creationism.

This passes for thinking in the creationist community - and pays the big bucks.

That's the price of arrogance, which is the way they approach science, wether the evolutionists have a humble approach of it. Here's a very interesting BBC documentary on this subject (in english). http://mondexplor.blogspot.com/2007/08/dieu-contre-la-science.html
