A fabulous year for him, no matter the outcome. But, I am hoping he pulls out a back to back Nextel championship. Good job on his pit crew and Knaus for the two tire stop. All the right elements fell into place for him. I did hate to see Truex Jr. and Dale Jr. wreck. It would have been on nail biter of a finish otherwise. But, hey that's racing, and I am especially glad he won because of all the money donated by him and others for the California wild fire victims.

Honestly I think Tony Stewart could have done great things this race, he went from the 30's to the top 10 quick but when his pit crew did those adjustments that hurt him a lot. Now since they called the race after Dale Jr. lost that tire then it was his, but if Dale Jr. hadn't crashed he would have a hell of a 3 lap sprint to fight for. He's good though, but Go Tony Go!!!!
