What are your thoughts to what she does? My husband and I talked about this on Friday and he says that there is a place in the Bible about this and that it is not for God's people. I can't seem to find it. This whole claravoyant thing looks so innocent and the people that she reaches seem so innocent but yet my husband says that it's just as if you were playing the juigi board. (sp?) and it opens a door where evil plays tricks on you.

What are your thoughts on this?

First, stop laboring under the delusion that she has ANY real power. I'm not sure about her but if she's like John Edwards and James Van Praagh, she's no more than a fraud. A good salesman can tell a client 10 things about themselves the second they step foot in their office. People are open books, most of us are just too afraid to flip through the pages. What they do is teach people a false hope in something other than God or Christ. A lot of them say they believe, but they prey on vulnerable, gulliable people. What they do isn't supernatural nor is it original. Charlatan's have been pulling the same stunt and getting rich on it for years.

I dont know this lady in particular
but I know many good mediums ( and do readings myself also )
no it isnt biblical and yes you are warned to stay away
but all I can say is , it is nothing like playing with the ouija board , we dont call on spirits we simply invite them if they wish to speak with us
and having done readings for many years , never have I had anything but loving spirit join me

It is all a load of crap, people using the grief of others to make money, keep away from it. Not because it is anti-christian but because it is bull and fake. It is a con.

She's using cold reading techniques. She makes me laugh- ignores the misses and proceeds until she gets a hit.

The askers already believe her, so they provide her the answers in many ways.

i think she has been given a gift by god and is misusing it. this is the case with some people, but with others it's just a complete fraud. and yes, i do believe the way these people use their gifts is evil and misguided.
