He's pretty sick. He didn't come to school today, and he is usually tough, so it means he feels like ****. We are 13. Would it be weird to go visit him at his house? I don't know which of his family members would be there. If I do, what should I bring, and if I dont visit, should I call or something??

His parents know me really well, they are like my second parents. We have been going on nonstop since 6th grade which was two years ago so yeah.

Call, and nothing else. If he is sick you might catch it and pass all of this to your family. With all of the new strange stuff going around you don't want to take a chance. If you are 13 you have plenty of years to make up for it, if it even lasts another year.pp

Child,
You could as well have not given your age. The very query reveals your tender years. But where has his tenderness gone that you need to consult YQA for such a simple, basic question as to visit him when he is sick. Don't you think that in this illness he must have remembered you thousand times and wished you were by his bedside to comfort him.Apart from love it is just simple friendship that needs this to be done. Just a phone call or sending flowers will not do. Nor can fear of infection etc. hold you back.I do not want to say anyhing about your family members but if they have not instilled this basic curtsy in you they have not done their due to you.Go. Run

I think you should give him a call that way it doesn't seem to weird especially since the 2 of you are young and I don't know if his parent's know you or have met you.
Calling him would cheer him up and save you the embarrassment and I don't think he would want his girl to get sick.

You'd be smart to stay away from him until he's well. In the meantime, call him on the phone to see how he's feeling. You don't need to be sick & neither does your family. He will understand why you don't go to visit.

I'd call first to check up on him. It's possible he's not even home as he could be at the doctor's office. If you decide to go bring a nice hot bowl of soup.

never Go alone, take a freind.

calling would be just as good as long as he is not feverish or dilusional with fever. Ask his parents first.

in a religious context, it is in the bible that men (boys) are never to touch a female. therefore it is safer not to break the sins of the flesh when someone is not left alone with the opposite sex.

So you want to get sick too? Call him on the phone and if you want to bake cookies or something after he is feeling better and wants to eat you can leave them in a tin container on the doorstep with a nice note.

If he has a computer email him ,if he has a mail box even better write him a letter, ask his mom if there's anything you can do for her to help her in this hard time, I'm sure she could use some assistance in some way till he get's better...
