Seriously? Someone asked this question 40 minutes ago. Alright, I'll cut and paste. Please excuse. Some atheist may believe in reincarnation. Some in a collective consciousness of human minds that form in some ethereal plane of existence. Others feel that when you die, that's it. You simply cease to exist for all eternity and return to the same state of being you had before you were born: nothingness. As to our physical remains, I don't think anyone on Earth disbelieves we don't rot into dirt. That's the thing about atheism that makes it different from religions; We have no central beliefs, or dogmas, that would make us a religion. Religions have central beliefs all followers must adhere to. Atheist have a range of ideas they can choose from. Me, I subscribe to the you die, that's it. It's a bit sad, but what can I do? I'm not scared, though. I won't exist to experience the laying for eternity in a coffin you mention. There is nothing special about me, except to those that love me on THIS Earth. That is why I put so much into living this life. I get only ONE shot. Why would I waste it on the delusion there will be a magical, happy, do-over life in heaven? I'd rather make this life happy.

The exact same thing happens to atheists when they die as happens to every other human being on the planet: they cease to exist. If they want to make a bible out of the mulch I'll become (although I plan to be cremated), it's not gonna bother me at all. It won't bother you if they make a science book out of the tree that grows on top of your grave, either.

HAHA thats f-ed up! I'm a non-theist but that made me laugh because its a total possibility. Also, Christians can die and their matter can be converted into nutrients for a tree that is eventually used to make paper for a Richard Dawkins book.

This may seem blunt, but the Bible says that if one has refused the gift of God which is salvation and forgiveness of sins through faith in his son Jesus which was nailed to an old rugged cross to make payment for the sins of all the earth.then by your refusal to accept this free gift you choose to pay for your own sins and that debt is more then one could pay even though he may have all eternity to pay it, because God is Holy he cannot allow one whom has not had his sins forgiven into his kingdom, therefore that person is seperated from God forever which would be absolute hell.

Well that wasn't any funnier this time than the last 15 times it was posted...
Get some new jokes, plagiarize some new jokes, anything will do as long as it's got a smidgen of funny unlike this one..

Nothing. You have to believe in something before it will be reality. If you believe in nothing, you go nowhere. It sounds terribly empty to me. I'd like to go somewhere like Hawaii and hang out with my family and friends for eternity. Who knows? Like they say, if you don't ask.......
