At night, go in to his room and get him back! Use whipped cream, cream cheese, or any other thing like that! Squirt it on his face, and tickle his nose with a feather! He'll end up rubing the stuff in while he's itching!

I'm sorry that the poor thing obviously has no life of his own so he needs to invade yours. I hope he gets over his social disorder and finds himself a real life.
