"Me caes bien" is a way in Spanish to say that seems that you are a good person to be or as a friend and "amiguita" is the female diminutive for the word "amiga", also female, which means friend. The statement can be translated as "You seem to be a good friend, little friend. Is a little literal but is the right translation.

Cant believe all the meanings put to this thing not so complicated.
It means just that: "I like you little friend"....
now, if you sensed some sarcasm in the sentence just take it no different from English, but if there was no sarcasm involved then is just plain that

So it means like... i get along with you, you get a long with me.. I like the response about "you rub me the right way"

Literally it means : "You are good for me, friend" as in a food type talk.
But in reality it means something like "I like you" or "We get along"
