I wouldn't , & I have over 14 tattoos!
If you ARE a Christian, that is something that really goes against Biblical teaching.
That being said:
I am a firm believe in Scripture, when it says this:
1 Samuel 16:7 (New International Version)
New International Version (NIV)
Copyright © 1973, 1978, 1984 by International Bible Society
7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
If you are a Believer, ask God what HE thinks, before you make this decision!
Personally, I would get something else.
IMHO

I don't think so. It doesn't have the names of anything that goes against Christianity. In fact it's quite neutral while still being religious. It's just a bunch of peaceful words that happen to be in a foreign language. I see nothing wrong with it, unless you REALLY hate the way the Tibetan language looks.

I have been thinking of the exact same one actually
it may be considered anti Christian though sweetie .... as it is from another belief
but I think the meaning behind it is a beautiful one

Does the mantra mean something to you? Or are you doing it for "kitch"? It's a sacred phrase in Buddhism so I would think getting it as a tattoo if it means nothing to you would be offensive to Buddhists.

I would not get a tattoo, religion has nothing to do with it for me. It is art, just not art for me.
If anything outside of the bible is sac religious, well, we have to burn all the books.

WHO CARES???? im sick of hearing people ask other PEOPLE if something is ok or not. If you say you believe in God and you believe that he set down rules. Then why would other people interpret them better then you? He gave you a conscience didn't he? USE IT! Not only that. You have to look at why God put down these rules, or else your never really going to understand them and get close to Him. And that is the whole point of these rules aren't they? To become closer to God? So think, if it says something peaceful, but it doesn't ruin your faith in God, why not????

I think it's OK if you get it next to a Leviticus 19:28 tattoo.

I don't think so. I am a Christian who admires the Buddhist way of thought.
