I cant sleep, i just keep thinking of things, things that arnt even important!
Any tips to help me get to sleep?

a million things fly through your mind at once? im with you on that one. i dunno though. i usually just watch tv. and yes caffeine is a big source. caffeine, candy, sugar. cut back on it if you are having any. or at least dont have any a few hours before u go to bed. see thats one of the reasons why im different. my body is so used to caffeine, i can drink like 5 pops and it wouldn't keep me awake. maybe to pee though. haha just cut back on caffeine. read a book, that will always put you to sleep. or watch tv and put a timer on it so it'll turn off after a while.

I have gone thru this for about 2 years now. Sleep right, Tylenol PM, Ambien, nothing worked. I tried yoga, relaxation tapes etc. My Dr. put me on Trazadone about 3 months ago, and I get 8 hrs a night every night.

ya, try and cut down ur caffeine and sugar intake to a minimum after 3 pm

this happens sometimes.. and this happens most in tension.. it's easy.. just try to replace your thoughts with good moments of your past life .. you will certainly come out of the circle and enter into the dream life..!

listen to music.. like relaxing music not rap or anything like that.. good luck and i hope you get a good night sleep
