Served to me in the bed boiled, fried, scrambled, poached or omelets with toast, bacon and fresh juice. I get that on the weekend.

I like to make a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, mozzarella or other cheese, marinated artichokes and some chicken breast or ham. Have some maple turkey bacon or sausage on the side with toast and that is a good breakfast.

I cook my bacon in my big old frying pan till it is crisp and drain the bacon on my toast, I then like to cook my eggs sunny side up in that same pan in that same bacon drippings.
I turn off the fire and cover the lid,wait 3 minutes and then flip the eggs,then imediately fip them again and plate them with buttered grits,toast,bacon,sliced tomatoes,and, coffee.Then shortly after that I go out back and contribute some fertilizer to the old compost pile via the outhouse. Glad I bought that new quartz heater.

Sunny side up with fried rice and and hot dogs on the side , served with sliced tomatoes. It's very good to eat during the weekend.

I like them fried over easy, I like them soft boiled or hardboiled and I like scrambled soft with cheese (american, cheddar or mozzarella)
