Why you do this to yourself?
If you can't stop so chew gum 24/7 until they heal, you will be busy chewing the gum instand of your lips.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://tr.im/H3J67

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Try using plain old vaseline several times a day. A light coat will due. Chapsticks and lip gloss have a tendancy to dry out lips. If you keep them moisturized properly you won't have anything to pick at.

apply a lip balm with flavour, like LipIce or BodyShop lip butter(its long lasting). When you bite at you lips, you'll taste it and stop yourself. (best if you get a flavour you DONT like or you may lie it soo much, you eat you lips right up) when you pick at them you'll know cos lip balm is kinda sticky. cut your nails shorter so it's harder to pick.

for healing, apply vaseline at night. baby lotion also works. if you're in an air-conditioned room, put out a dish of water so that the air-cond "steals" moisture from that instead of you

use lip balm (burts bee's is preferred by many) or vaseline or anything basically. blistex is also good (can be found at drugstores like rite aid, walgreens, etc.). you can find burt's bees at bath and body works or at drug stores too. when you find out that using w/e product you choose made your lips feel so nice and smooth, you won't want to pick them anymore! if you apply it at night before you sleep, the next morning when you wake up, your lips will feel soo good! hope this was helpful!

i did that for a long time. the final thing that helped me was getting braces, but i don't think you want to go through that...
what i did before was chew on gum every time i noticed myself biting my lips.
it replaces one habit with another almost
or you can put lipgloss or lip balm and instead of biting your lips, just rub them together
good luck

trying wearing chapstick to help with the pealing. i had that problem too. but if u see urself still biting even when they arent pealing then it could be a nerves kind of thing. so whatever u think is making u do that trying getting it out of ur head.

at home when no one can see you, suck on a pacifier. that way you can't touch your lips or bite them. but when in public just chew gum all the time. you'll grow out of the habit eventually. you can also try keeping your hands busy by squeezing a stress ball.
