Well, a personality is a DEFINATE. You dont want a guy to be a player, hitting on every girl he sees. You want a nice guy who wont even care about the other girls in the building no matter how cute they are.
Loyalty and honesty. You dont want a guy that will go out and cheat on you, and you want a guy who will never keep a secret from you.
Loving is a must. You want a loving caring guy who will comfort you and try to make you smile when you are upset.

I like a guy who doesn't try too hard to be funny, he just kinda naturally is, he has nice hair, if he's short he's not too short, but he can't be Shaq sized either. He has to miss me all the time, but he can't be clingy. He has to have an excellent personality, someone everyone gets along with and relates to easily. He can play sports he just can't be an idiot jock. He has to have an idea of where hes going. If I here one more guy I date say he's gonna play in the NFL or NBA I will slice his head off because though it's a nice dream, it's not always realistic. MAYBE MY EXPECTATIONS ARE A BIT HIGH!

Lots of things, sweetie.
Looks- different but not TOO different
Personality- funny, sweet, reliable, open, some girls like shy guys...
Height- taller than she is, if at all possible. But most girls don't really care so much about that...
Be yourself, and be on time. Don't forget to call and give compliments out generously- but be sure they're sincere.

Its pretty different for every girl. For me , fat is a turn off, i dont really care about height as long as there not shorter than me by a lot. Personality wise: i is always good when they are nice and polite, funny, smart-- but not genius smart, just not stupid.
See there all so many different factors for everybody's personalities its kinda hard to make a specific list. It also differs for every guy. Ex: if a guy is smart, funny,nice etc. but hes waaay shorter than me i would probably still go out with him becuase he is so nice!

Tall (at a minimum 6'0" for me), nice teeth, good sense of humor, even temper (as in, you're not going to get mad at stupid things all of the time), kind, caring about others' feelings (not just mine ... like, you wouldn't drive fast through a puddle splash someone), honest (don't steal or rob anybody, please), and good family values. I also like a guy who is ambitious ... I can't deal with complacency or indecisiveness really well. Go getters are like that. But at the same time, be laid back enough to plan a trip and not have to have an itinerary full of activities.

He needs to be intelligent, and our senses of humor have to be similar. Kudos if our hobbies match up. Good looks are always a plus, but not a deal breaker. Actually, good looks are almost a minus at first, because I get too distracted to think about what he is saying. Does this answer your question?

a sense of humor, personality, and of course he has to be considerate of my feelings. I also have this thing for guys who can play an instrument, write, dance. I think that a guy who is intelligent is also a pretty attractive trait, as long as he isnt a know it all...thats a turn off

skippy say money and the ability to take care of ones self financially. At least quality woman want that.
No good woman would want a guy with a low paid job and no education. He wouldnt be able to provide for a family if things ever got serious

I prefer a guy with a smile (good teeth) and a great sense of humour...who keeps himself in shape...not necessarily buff but not sloopy.

Well I like it if a guy gives me his coat, stands up for me, looks out for me, basically I want to feel SAFE around him. Looks are important sorry to say. I'm not looking for and Ambercrombie and Fitch model, just a descent looking guy, well groomed not a gangster, or wangster. Also I like him if he makes me laugh, makes me smile. I find when guys dress in jeans and a polo shirt is very cute, with the brown spiked hair. I like the Preppy look. I want to be able to feel like there's no one else like him, so I guess looks are only 5 or 2 %
