If they are hunting on YOUR property get yourself a game tracker camera and get proof that they are tresspassing, then prosecute them. If they are not actually on your property then it is illegal in all states to interfere with anyone that is legally hunting therefore anything you do to interfere will get YOU arrested. Remember, hunting is NECCESSARY for the good of the animals and the invironment. If over populated the animals will began to starve and die a slow agonizing death so their populations HAVE to be kept under control. Please THINK about what you are wanting to do and consult your regions conservation officer about your problem before taking any wrongful actions.
The above answer will not work. Deer become acutomed to human scent and as long as they don't feel that they are in danger they will not leave the area. If that suggestion were true then why don't they stay away from roads and the smell of cars when they jump out in front of them and get hit? Try studying and hunting deer for 20 years as I have and you will better understand the animals.

They do not like plants that have an odor, like lavendar, mint, marigolds to name a few. There is a fertilizer made in Milwaukee called Milorganite. Deer absolutely HATE this stuff. We tested this on our property in northern WI. We fed deer 3 nights in a row with apples and corn. Had a steady stream of visitors each night. Then we spread the milorganite on our lawn per directions. For the next two weeks the food was never touched by deer, even though we continued to put out fresh apples. No affect on the racoons though. When we came back three weeks later, not one hosta had been chewed, and deer LOVE hostas. We own over 6 acres. We applied it only to our lawn area of roughly 75' x 150'. We did not find fresh droppings anywhere on our property ALL SUMMER! except along the highway edge. Milorganite is distributed here by Steins garden and other garden centers. Hope this helps.

There are many ways. The simplest is just put up signs that say
Deer, keep off this property!
or
Hunters, there are no deer on this property
or
All deer and hunters that trespass on this property will be shot.
or you can go out to the woods and take a ruler and spank those little deer for being on your property without your permission.
Or you can get in your car and drive to the nearest mental hospital and check yourself in. The Doctors and nurses will take care of your deer problems.

Well here in the south a deers biggest predator is a coyote
So sprinkle a little coyote urine around. PS preferebly I would buy some it's probally easier than tryin to git it yourself.

Keeping Deers off the property - hmmmm tough one.

Pet Tigers have always worked for me.

If you are in a part of the world where Tigers are rare - maybe you can try Lions??

If it is YOUR property have them prosecuted for trespassing. If it is NOT your property keep in mind that many states now have laws which make it a crime for you to actively interfere with anyone else's LEGAL hunting pursuits.

Since you sound like a budding extremist, I'll give you an extreme answer.
Burn your woods down, the deer will leave and won't be back. Happy now?

It is impossible to achieve.* Forget about that approach and just post your property No Hunting or Trespassing Violators Will Be Prosecuted to the full extent of the Law.* Problem solved.*
