There's only one effective method, which is to confront said fear directly and crush it under your heels. Go ask her. That's all of it.

Rejection sucks, yes. It's part of life. Just like at the craps table, you cannot win big if you're not willing to risk losing big.

The ineffective method is to get stupid-drunk and hit on anything with a pulse, but results are consistently disappointing, and basically you simply don't remember getting rejected, though there may be scars and welts.

Have a game plan man, tomorrow's your last day, do what you can!! If you really desire to ask her out, don't go up to her and just do it! All that brings is even more nervousness and anxiety. First ask her about her upcoming tests, like if she's ready for them or not and stuff. Get the conversation comfortable and randomly slip it in. That way is a lot less nerve racking and more surprising to her. Since most guys just ask at first it'll throw her off guard in a good way ;)

Act really confident in yourself (not too confident though or else you will seem cocky and arrogant) girls will recognise this confidence and will seem naturally easier to approach. This advice worked for me so I hope it will work for you too. Good Luck!
