Get the person to a Hospital as soon as possible, I had the same problem once it was a bleeding ulcer....

This could be a couple different things.
1.) an ulcer
2.) esophagus problem
3.) Aspirin & or Tylenol mixed w/alcohol can cause bleeding in the stomach.
In any case this needs immediate medical attention if it doesn't stop.
My x would have blood in his stool after a heavy night of drinking which was diagnosed as an ulcer, & the doctor said to look out for blood coming up as well as out. Please be careful, heavy alcoholics can die from an errupted esophagus. Feel Better, get well soon.

He drank too much and to be throwing up blood is very, very bad. He could have destroyed his esophogas, stomach lining or something worse. You should get him to the emergency room or call 9-1-1 immediately.

Do not worry about the consequences of being underage (if you are) or how much trouble you could get in for calling. It is very important that he gets medical help right away. Throwing up blood is very serious and extremely dangerous.

That doesn't sound right ask him if he ate or drank any thing that might have had red dye in it. Take him to the hospital immediately none of us are legally qualified at least not me to answer this anyways. I have had my drunken night but this has never ever happened to me I have dranken a hell of alot to this sounds very serious he might have some kind of internal problems that the alcohol is making worse.

My health insurance has a "call a nurse" hotline to ask questions. Check his health insurance.
If it's small quantities of blood, and he can keep down some water or crackers and not dehydrate he can wait to be seen by a doctor tomorrow. If he can't stop vomiting and it's large quantities of blood, then he needs to be seen today.

well thats really bad they need to see a doctor because it could be stomach ulcurs when blood is spewing into his stomach or the best case scenario they had a nose bleed leaned his head back and blood went down his throat into his stomach causing them to through up

prolly messed up the esophogus or got an ulcer.

you sure it was blood? did he have any red drinks?

if he continues to do it by the morning, then he NEEDS to go to the Dr or hospital.

Call the doctor or NHS line (UK) if you need assistance, it isnt good. i mean if he was throwing up last night aswell he could have just damaged his windpipe and that is what is causing the bleeding

Sounds like a bleeding ulcer. And you are not the one that should be worried; he should. Because if he doesn't get some help he will die.
