Age needed for interview for schengen visa in Manila?

I'm a 17 year old applying for non-immigrant visa.

You have the option to appear or not. Since you are still a minor, your parents can appear in your behalf and they will be the ones who will prove that you have the financial capacity to spend for your visit in other countries.
