What Do You Need To Legaly Own A Fully Automatic Rifle Ex: M16, AK- 47?

aside from money, like what level degree in safety or something, im just wondering, does anyone know?

You can own one. You need a class 3 license as the other guy said. I have a friend that owns a fully auto M16, in fact the military doesn't even use fully auto m16's they only fire bursts when the selector is in the auto position. My friends is full auto, and he bought it legally, this was about 20 years ago though. The permit is extremely hard and expensive to get. My buddy actually paid more for the papers than he did for the rifle, which at the time was a couple of grand. I remember he had to get a letter from the chief of police in every town he ever lived in. Like I said, that was 20 years ago, so I don't know what the process is now.

So perhaps you should read up on the regulations concerning Firearms where ever you are located.

you can not either in the usa for forget about even trying to buy a fully auto weapon f any kind. remember the brady law so like i said you can not own one plus to buy any weapon there is a waiting period and a heavy back ground check

Fully automatic? You'd better be in the military or police. As far as I know, fully automatic weapons aren't legal in any state.
