No issues, no motor problems...it just fell off the car?

...If you look back at the last pit stop you'll see Teresa run out there in her pit suit and squirt some acid on his lug nuts.
...Dang he is jinxed this year. What next? A meteor?
...They only took 2 tires on the last pit stop so the tire changer had nothing to do with the lug nuts.

You have thrown off your sleep schedule. Try going to bed around 1 am for a little while. May sound crazy, but that's what you are already doing. So don't get in bed until 1 am. Every week slowly work yourself back an hour. i.e. the following week go to bed at midnight. If at any time you start being unable to fall asleep within half an hour of going to bed, start again at your bodies natural sleeping time. Also, if you can not get to sleep. Do not stay in bed. Get up and read. Do not watch TV or go on the computer as those kinds of artificial light stimulate the same part of the brain that tells you it is "day". Try to stay away from caffeine as this can contribute to your inability to fall asleep at night. Say--no caffeine after 3 o'clock pm? Hope this helps. It sure helped me. This is what I was told to do by a Doctor who specialized is sleep disorders at St. Peter's hospital.

I've been sitting here racking my brains trying to remember when the last time I saw that happen in a NASCAR NNC race. For the life of me, I can't recall when the last time was.
I know it happened to us on a short track, but that was entirely my fault. We had all 4 tires off the car, with the car up on jack stands. We put the wheels back on, and I put the lugnuts back on....hand tight only...so we could scale the car. It got late, and we loaded the car up and went to the track. That was the one thing we didn't check before we went out on the track. Low-and-behold...the left rear comes off. Lesson learned. The only thing is, JR wasn't scaling his car, and they hadn't had the left rear off in how many laps? There's something that's just not right there. NASCAR wheels don't just break for the heck of it.
I'm not into all of the conspiracies, but I am beginning to believe that something fishy is going on in DEI with reguards to Jr's cars. What's going to happen next? Is his car going to split in half going down the backstretch at Texas??

What did you expect? If the motor didn't blow up something had to happen! It is still a DEI car for heaven sake!
And I am certainly not one who believes in conspiracies.... BUT, either something weird is going on or those folks at DEI have no clue since Earnhardt Sr. passed and should not be building cars!

Sometimes you're the windshield, sometiems you're the bug.
It's too bad. It was obvious he had the car today. Overcame the commitment cone penalty and the bum tire early in the race to be top 5 going into the final run.
Just plain old bad luck, but I'm sure we'll have a new conspiracy theory for our amusement.

lol Well, I would consider a tire coming falling off as an issue.
The only thing I can think of that happened was, the axel rod broke, the rim cracked or the lugs weren't tighten......

Guess that's what they think we'll believe. Come on now, this crap is getting really old. As bad as that car was messed up, at least Junior is okay. Once again, he had a fast car, got his lap back n came out of the pits in good shape. Good thing it wasn't another engine failure, that crap is gettin real old!

Yep, that's what was said. Jr. also said it felt like something broke in back end on the pit stop. Something strange going on.
