Also, how many calories do you think i am consuming?

am about 15st (i know, it's disgusting)

Anyways, or the last week i have been eating similar to this food plan:-

brekkie
Small bowl of special K with skimmed milk

Lunch
Small jacket potato with weight watchers tuna and sweetcorn

Dinner
Turkey breast/piece of fish
Salad - no dressing
Cous Cous or Small jacket potato with coleslaw

Plus have been eating fruit as snacks when hungry

for exercise i am doing an hours cv and getting really puffed out every friday, saturday, sunday and monday. Plus half an hour swimming tues, wed,thursday morning.

How much do you think i will loose each week, if i stick to it?

Also please any suggestions or comments to improve my diet/exercise regime are so welcome.

Initially you will probably lose 3-4 lbs for a couple of weeks (maybe a bit more) but remember that you have to eat enough each day otherwise your body goes into'starvation mode' and starts to store fat as it thinks it won't get fed! And with the amount of exercise you are doing you also need to make sure you are eating enough for the same reason as above.
Remember that eventually your body will get used to what you eat and the exercise you do so sometimes its best to give it a little 'shock' such as go out for a meal and eat well then start back on the diet the next day and the body kickstarts itself to shed the weight.

But it would be a good idea to join WW or SW - both are very good and you get a lot of support.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Unless you stick to it, diets never work, what you're doing (exercise)however seems sustainably and if you keep up you should get fitter, I how ever would eat more than you're eating but check food for its nutritional value and just because its weight watchers doesn't mean its healthily. I think its best to bake or oven things than fry I heard somewhere(not definite). Although you snacks definitely are better than me I seem to be hungry hours later after eating, 'spose I'm still growing.

About 3 lbs a week, but your overall fitness will improve dramatically and you will tone up well.

you should try slimming world. its good and you will lost weight, i lots 2st in 8 weeks
