Can I get a perm if I had my hair bleached 7 months ago?

I know you're not supposed to get it permed if its coloured, just wondered whether it had to grow out or whether I could get it done after a certain time?

you can have your hair permed 8 weeks after having it coloured.

if your hair feels and looks healthy I think it's ok. I think you can perm it within about 6 weeks after coloring so after 7 months you should be just fine. You should still check with your stylist though.

i dont want to be rude, but i think that ppl should enjoy the hair they have, unless u hate ur color, thats up to u. you are killing your hair if you keep doing stuff like bleaching or getting a perm. if you rele want one, i would say to wait at least 6 months, otherwise you will have damaged hair

i have bleach hair and went to a good hairdressers and had a perm and it turn out nice talk to your hair dresser she knows what she is talking about

It's not a good idea to do that, because if you do, then your hair will fall out. And you should probably wait a year, just to be safe.

Of course you can, it's been seven months. Usually they tell you to wait a week or so.

you should, you just might not be able to bleach it again
