i made this tonight and it was great.

Chicken and Yellow Rice

INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole chicken
salt and pepper to taste
seasoning salt to taste
1 (10 ounce) package yellow rice
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained ( i left this out)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a Dutch oven, toss the onion, green bell pepper, and water chestnuts with olive oil to coat. Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt, and place on top of the vegetables in the Dutch oven.
Cover, and cook the chicken 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C). Remove from heat. Leaving the vegetables in the Dutch oven, remove the cooked chicken, cool, skin, debone, and shred meat.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the yellow rice according to package directions.

i did tonight actually i just had to Fry up a slice of bacon 2 eggs and a bunch of mushrooms and make a face on your place using bacon for nose mushrooms for mouth and the eggs for the eyes. Then cook up some hair. Spaghetti(the pasta not the canned crap), Baked beans etc all work well why not make multicolored hair with a variety of things!
Then boil up some pasta bows and put them in the hair for decoration! Fry up 2 slices of French toast and make a milkshake and enjoy my friend. I did actually have it tonight and its simple and yummy!

One of my favorite dishes is baked spaghetti. Delicious but full of carbs. Otherwise it would have to be bar b qued short ribs that you put in a slow cooker and the meat just falls off the bone. Finger licken good and i'd serve it with some garlicky green beans or asparagus. Yumo, my mouth is watering.

homemade chicken noodle soup. or chicken tacos. i love to experiment when I cook. grab random things and mix em together.

this one got me good favors:
chicken breast
ceasar dressing
parsley
shredded cheese
bacon bits

cut the [cooked] chicken into lil pieces and when your done boiling the pasta drain it and add the chicken. use about 3T bacon bits to taste or however many you feel comfortable with, about 1T of parsley and enough cheese you feel comfortable with. I never ever measure when I cook so its hard to tell. The ceasar, i usually use a whole box of pasta and almost a whole bottle of dressing. its the moisture and the sauce in the noodles. just play with it, seriously and let me know what you think. everyone i know loves it.

Fried chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, green peas, corn on the cob, and chocolate chip cookies. MMM!! The cookies are so pretty. They make a flower design from the sugar.

Chicken Marsala, wild rice with toasted almonds, steamed asparagus and warm french rolls with lots of butter.

yum-oh and elegant enough for company...but easy enough just for yourself.
