The reason people smoke is the nicotine. By its self, it's not such a bad drug, it's the delivery system that causes the problem.

If you take out the nicotine, nobody would want to smoke. I've heard about these herbal cigarettes like clove cigarettes, but I've also heard that they can burn your lungs, too.

People have been looking at safe cigarettes for years without any success. Cigarettes are organic anyway and this doesn't help either. Other smoking materials seem just as harmful for example cannabis also produces bronchitis heart disease and cancer. It basically is a feature of inhaling burning organic material in general.

There are organic cigarettes, but the nicotine will still be there. And the cancer-causing agents will still be in them. The only safe cigarette is a candy cigarette, unless you are diabetic.

well they've had by taking the nicotine out but the nicotine is what makes it addictive so people wouldn't buy them anymore if they took it out..Pretty much I would say Because of there profits ..

But I Smoke now and then specially when I go out.. What I do is, I make a lil hole w/ the back of my earing On the filter right in the middle where u would usually inhale. That makes it really light and that kinda helps a lil.

If you took out all of the cancer causing ingredients of cigarettes, all you would be left with is a hollow tube of blank paper.

Growing tobacco, drying it, shredding it, wrapping it in thin paper, and selling it produce a great profit. The tobacco companies don't want to spend millions on making it safe when fools will buy it just as it is.

Governments don't want to ban it as it brings in too much tax revenue. The number of people who die prematurely saves the NHS and pension funds too.

"Organic" cigarettes are no less likely to cause cancer than "regular" cigarettes...

It's too "big business" to budge. Just like income taxes. As long as there are rebellious dummies there will be people making money off of cigarettes.

They add them to make them more habit forming/addictive. Yes, there are organic cigarettes available.

Because it's inherent to smoking.

Burning anything produces alot of dioxins which are carcinogenic.

I guess there are filters, but they are really hard to produce without upping the cost of production.
