Filming a movie in the evening and want to make it look like it was late at night. Is this possible using?

adobe premiere or any other video editing software? What filters would we need and what steps would we have to take to get the desired effect. We want the final footage to look as though it was filmed completely at night and look very natural. If you have a link to screen shots of the filter in work or a tutorial that would be very helpful as well. Thank you in advance.

Next time use a darkened lense...but you have to film it with the lense...
