What are some types of green leaf plants?

im doing a paper chromatography high school science fair project extracting pigments from green leaf plants.. i have lettuce, spinach, and kale.. what are some other green leaf plants i can use?

Swiss chard 'Bright Lights' comes in a range of colors so should show a different pigment profile.

Beet greens. See if you can find both golden and red beets with leaves.
