Brown sugar, because it is less refined and doesn't have as many chemicals in it. The same with enriched white flour and wheat flour [whole grain]

Brown sugar because it's sugar in it's natural form, I heard somehwere that most things such as Rice and Sugar are brown naturally, we do things to them to make them pearly white.

brown sugar...but try something new like Agave...its sooooooo yummy and you wont even notice the difference. go look in your health food store or Whole Foods has it. its made from a cactus and its a very healthy alternative. try getting the "raw" kind too. meaning it wasnt cooked so it still has all of its enzymes and all the nutritional value in it
