I really want to start communicating with my spirit guide.I know I am somewhat ituitive already but only when I pay attention to it.I have tried meditation, and meditation audios. But all I see is colors flowing around in my eyes and sometimes it gets bright. I dont understand how i can communicate with my guide(s). If there are any experienced or psychics out there can you please help me?

Ok read this thoroughly and understand it and then practice it!
Imagine yourself on a beach, with your back against the trunk of a tree. You hear the birds, the waves slapping against the rocks . You feel the warm sand against your legs. (more details the better) Its a sunny warm day, you can feel the sun against your skin, as your eyes are closed and you are relaxing on the beach. The distant tree, maybe 30 feet away, look at it and say " To the left my spirit guide will appear" keep doing this and eventually you will start seeing a person.

First off, it's important to be a normal person living in the normal world. According to Greek Myth, Hercules said, "the Gods help those who help themselves". Your spirit guide is ALWAYS guiding you! Do what you keep doing, your spirit guide KNOWS that you want more direct communication. Spirit communicates in the language of silence, so meditation is the best way. Don't worry about those colors, stay focused on your meditation.

Some one is playing a game with you. You should not be so gullible and be more critical. Watch some one is trying to con you. No such thing as spirits hence there is nothing to guid. Watch you money watch your wallet and credit card.

Simple enough. You address yourself to your Guardian Angel in the following terms. If you can fulfill my needs of the moment then please do so, otherwise guide me to the person I need to do so.
He is duty obliged to do one or the other, or else give you a valid understanding of why that is not possible at the moment.

you can't psychically read God. I wonder how that could work out to God's advantage?
