In looking for a healthier snack I decided to try yogurt and bought a few different flavors of Yoplait Thick and Creamy.... I obviously cannot eat this stuff.
Any ideas as to what I might make from it that might be edible?

Diane, it's probably the feel, and a little bit the flavor. I think some crunch might help...First attempt at healthy eating...

Adding granola to it makes it taste really yummy.
If you have orange, peach or pineapple flavored, try using it as a marinade for chicken or beef. The bacteria will break down the meat and make it more tender. But, don't do it for more than say, 6 hours. It may get too mushy. Then, throw it on the BBQ and enjoy!

You don't really say why you don't like the Yoplait Thick and Creamy, and that might make a difference.
The various brands and types of yogurt can taste and "feel" quite different too, so you might want to shop around for ones you'd like better. I make my own yogurt and really prefer that to any of the ones I've bought, but I can eat the regular Yoplaits and the Dannon Vanilla at least.
There are bazillions of things you can do with yogurt, but since yours is already flavored, you could just use it as a dip for fruit pieces, or make a smoothie with it and fruit (frozen fruit is even better), for example. Can't help more without knowing exactly whay you "cannot eat this stuff."

EDITED TO ADD:
If you want crunch, for breakfast or a snack, I often pour a bit of yogurt smoothie (or purchased flavored yogurt ) over Grape Nuts cereal, or their Trail Crunch cereal which is even better.
Another reason I like the "smoothies" or even just a little sugar added to plain yogurt (with or without fruit) is because I'm not too crazy about spooning it... I find it goes down much better with a straw! (in fact then, I have trouble stopping )

"Strawberry yogurt, whipped topping and sliced strawberries are combined, poured into a baked crust and frozen overnight. Garnish this creamy-sweet pie with sprigs of mint and whole berries."
INGREDIENTS:
2 (8 ounce) containers strawberry flavored
yogurt
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix yogurt with 3 and 1/2 cups of the dessert topping until blended. Sweeten the
strawberries, if necessary. Mix in strawberries and spoon into crust.
2. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight, if possible, until it's firm.
3. Remove from freezer and top with remainder of dessert topping. Store in freezer.

I love Yoplait Thick and Creamy, lol! You can make smoothies. Throw a pack in a blender with some fruit and juice. Or eat it with fruit and granola.

Put it in a blender with ice-cream. Add it to a basic cake batter and cook it, it moistens the cake . I wish I had it I would eat all I love yogurt. Try the smooth kind maybe you will like that better. Nice effort. Try eating fruit they are healthy.

there's some yogurt that has little bit of cereal put into with or you can buy your favorite cereal and mix it with it. Any kind of fruit would work also.
