A good place to go to in my opinion would be Australia and possibly New Zealand, Friendly people, beautiful beaches, beautiful scenery and their summer is just kicking in, it sure beats a freezing honeymoon especially if you're coming from the East coast.
A honeymoon needs to be well planned to avoid unexpected surprises.

We went to Riveria Maya, Mexico last year for our 10th anniversary. We stayed at Secrets Capri Cancun, it was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! All inclusive, good food, drinks, spanish lessons, snorkeling, and excursions that you can go on......I would highly recommend that resort!!! We stayed in an ocean view room, airfare, transfers were about 5 grand. (dont forget...all inclusive..) We took a taxi into playa del carmen and went shopping, and ate dinner at an authentic mexican restuarant!! Relax on the beach, or by the pool. They are all about honeymooners, and anniversaries at the resort. Sun....beach.....blue water.....my favorite!!!
For our honeymoon, we went to Jamaica and stayed at Montego Bay at the Sandals. Very nice as well!!!! All inclusive resort. Jamaica is a beautiful island!!

Florida-you can go to Walt Disney World, Seaworld Orlando, Universal Studios, Daytona Beach etc
