she is 10? It is time to talk to her !why don't you communicate with her and ask her what she is up to? A young girl wants to be able to talk to her mother about things.
What are you going to do when she is a teenager? It is better to have an open, honest, relationship with her now, and build upon it . Because things will only get worse as she gets older.
You are the parent and in control. do not let her have this much freedom because it is dangerous. There are on-line predators that prey upon young kids. You need to protect her and make sure she is safe.

Well personally i think if she is happy and can get up in the morning and her job/school is not suffering from it then there is no problem, she is most likely on AIM, or blogging either way she is A. talking to her friends or B. writing about her life in the equivalent of a less private diary.

The age we live in is becoming more and more computer based the more she knows about computers the better, people who a lot about computer will have an easier time finding work

Would help if you gave her age. If shes a minor no problem just take it away for most of the time you dont want her on there. Who is the boss here. If she is 18 not much to do.

you can see whatwebsites shees been going on simply by looking under the history tab in youe internet explorer, butt its possible fot her to delete the history or set it so everything gets erased after a certain period of time by going under tools, options, as for breaking her addiction just put the computer in the basement or in your room or something
