Psalm 6

Prayer for Mercy in Time of Trouble.

O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

2 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

3 My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long?

4 Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.

5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?

6 I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.

7 Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.

8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

9 The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.

10 Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.

Numbers 6:24 thru 26 is very good. Without knowing what you are Praying for the prayer in the book of numbers is very good, Here is a sinners prayer, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you have any questions just send me an email.

Read Matthew 6:5-15.

What is a good prayer? Matthew 6:7, "And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words."

I'm wondering if this is for show? Is this suppose to be from the heart? Psalms has a lot of prayers from David.

I think you are missing the point of prayer. The prayer should come from your heart, in front of the class. Are you truly saying that you want someone else to pray from their heart so you can use this? If so, is that not more for show than for sincerity of prayer to the Father?

I will pray that God will give you the words, in your own heartfelt prayer!

Depends what the subject matter is. It sounds as though your nervous. Don't be. Whatever the subject just write your prayer down on paper to see how it looks and read out aloud to see how it sounds and if not then try again. Ask God to help you as He knows everything. Even knows about your nervousness.

When you pray, whatever it may be (in God's righteousness) have faith in your prayers are coming to pass. Also don't look at the situation for answers, look to the Lord, for the Word of God says, in 2 Corithians 5:7, For we walk by faith, not by sight. Trust in God as you guide and he will not lead you astray.

Lord,

Thank you for this class and all of the students and teachers. We just lift up this class and the entire school, school system and all the leaders in this school district. We ask for your guidance, your wisdom and your counsel in teaching these students about the things they need to learn to be successful in their lives. Touch their lives and help them to live for You, Father in Heaven. We ask for the salvation of Jesus Christ that we may come before You and walk as Your children in this world.

In Jesus Name,
Amen.

"Prayer to" i will comprehend yet "prayer for" is something previous me simply by fact I ought to have concept that Saints do no longer desire any prayers for them simply by fact they are straight away linked to God and don't desire our intercession. Have a great Day.
