I want my dad to have a job, but the only problem is he speaks only little English and understand some of it. He is very talent in math and physics. He has a lot of experiences of shoe designing. He worked in Nick, Adida, and Reebok company in China. I see him everyday saying that he can not find any jobs that match with him. Either English or college degree problem causes the unemployment. I wonder if you can help him to find a job that related with design of shoes, belt, etc. ( He is extremely well in this, math, and physics) I am very curious if he can be a math or physics teacher. What are the requirement. Maybe he should go to a two-year college and pass the teacher-certificate exam? Please help me!!!!!

Until he improves his English will probably be stuck in manual labor jobs. Suggest taking English classes so that he has more choices of jobs. Not many shoe companies left in the United States so suggest that he look into another line of work.

Sorry, all jobs have been outsourced to China and India. Maybe he will have better luck looking for a job there.
