1. Yes. Piercing the ear is allowed...but not to the extent that it looks mutilated. It's allowed because you are allowed to beautify yourself. In Islam the general rule is that everything is (halal) allowed except for the minority of things that are specifically forbidden (haram). Therefore, if there is nothing the specifically states that something is haram, then by default it's halal.
2. Permanent tattoos are not allowed because the Quran states that we shouldn't mark and disfigure the creation of God, whether it's our bodies or those of animals. The Quran states that we shouldn't introduce changes into the creation God. Tattooing is considered marking / disfiguring. Even if the tattoo is artistic the act of injecting a dye into skin cells (melanocytes) is a change in the way God created you because tattooing is relatively permanent...even 'taking off' a tattoo leaves a scar, as it is done by basically killing the cells that have the ink.
3. Sex before marriage is not allowed because sex is considered a blessing from God that is sacred to be shared in a bond between a wife and husband. It's only after a woman and man have made a commitment to each other that they are allowed to have sex. Sex outside of marriage is forbidden for many reasons including the bad that it can do to society in general. For example, the bad effects of sex before marriage on society including sexually transmitted diseases. Also, men and women often look at sex differently outside of marriage. Studies show that men tend to use sex to satisfy their sexual needs, while women will tend to agree to having sex for security or acceptance in a relationship. By having sex before marriage the difference in expectation results in loss of trust, security, and animosity if the couple breaks up. If the two people love each other so much, then they should commit to getting married after which they can have sex.

The Quran does not say not to have sex before marriage because of disease or teenage pregnancy. What the Quran is saying about premarital sex is, Sex before marriage is one of the biggest sins in Islam. Sex is meant to be between a husband and a wife this is what Allah(SWT) has ordained for us. There is only one hadith which speaks about illegal sexual acts and disease, that Allah(SWT) has sent to these people disease who practice illegal sexual acts and commit this type of offense.
There is nothing in Islam that says women should not pierce their ears. Allah(swt) cursed those who act like the opposite sex. Such as in dress( men dressing with Gold, dresses, etc or women wearing pants that seperate the legs such as a man would wear, wearing clothes of a man etc)

Bukhari :: Book 3 :: Volume 34 :: Hadith 299
Narrated 'Aun bin Abu Juhaifa:

My father bought a slave who practiced the profession of cupping. (My father broke the slave's instruments of cupping). I asked my father why he had done so. He replied, "The Prophet forbade the acceptance of the price of a dog or blood, and also forbade the profession of tattooing, getting tattooed and receiving or giving Riba, (usury), and cursed the picture-makers."

also, women who lengthen their hair by weaves and such are considered cursed.

The Quran tells us that we should follow the Quran and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammed(PBUH).

1. are us Muslims allowed to get our ear(s) pierced? why or why not?
Muslim women are allowed to get their ears pierced and wear jewelry but Muslim men are not allowed to get their ears pierced or wear jewelry because then the men will be like the women. ALLAH(SWT) says in the Qur'an that men can not act like or look like women and women can not act like or look like men. ALLAH(SWT) created physical differences between male and female and we shouldn't alter that in manner, dress, or speech.
2. are us Muslims allowed to get a permanent tattoo? why or why not ?
No Muslims are not allowed to get tattoos or body piercings or plastic surgery because it is altering the body that ALLAH(SWT) made for you. Changing or altering your body is haraam in Islam because you have to be happy with your body that God made for you. Plastic surgery is allowed if you are in a car crash or were set on fire and need the plastic surgery to fix your face or body part to live a normal life. But to make your breasts bigger or to make your stomach tighter or anything that will alter your body so you can look more attractive to the opposite sex is haraam(forbidden). Muslims who have tattoos before they revert to Islam are ok but if they have the money they should get the tattoo burned off or if they don't have the money need to get the tattoos burned off when they have the money.
3.is it bad to have sex before marriage? why or why not?
No because in Islam virginity is important for both men and women. It discourages immorality among society which is why Muslims get married young(girls in their mid teens and men in their early 20s) and also protects society from diseases like HIV or AIDS. It also prevents teen pregnancies and single mothers. Also if you have sex before marriage then you are just like the animals. And ALLAH(SWT) doesn't want us to be like the animals.

I can answer the third one, not from any religious point of view but from common sense.

It is indeed not correct to have sex before marriage. Again, it also immoral to have sex with or even have more than one wife. It is the same as adultery.

Why do you say 'us'? A true Muslim would know the answers because they respect their parents. Would you be a member of the "Nation of Islam"? They're not Muslims...
