will everyone that has spoken out against the war turn out to
make the movies that wil make them money no matter if they
are playing the roll of a medal winner?will this hypocritical?

Celebrities do have their job to do and if that job is to act out a role they do not agree with then that is up to them to decide.
What isn't right is that they use their spotlight for their personal feelings and act as if they are experts on the subjects they oppose or support.
A celeb talking about an issue as an expert on that issue is just wrong, unless of course they are such an expert.
A celeb running for elected office is a different story, then its their business to answer up on the issues.

No. That is their job. Most of us work for companies that at one time or another do something we don't agree with, yet we continue to work there. And as Americans, we have a right to free speech and to work where we want to.

I notice that people who object to celebrities speaking their mind only seem to object when it is a liberal celebrity. If the person is on the right or a Republican, then it's OK. For instance, someone will say celebrities should stay out of government and then vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Is that hypocrisy?

Most celebrities do not know or understand what they are arguing against. Usually they are just jumping on the bandwagon when they are trying to protest anything.

no,it has never been published recently,but tv viewing of the academy awards is way down now, while the americans are turned off to hollywood
