sounds like your heading to bulimia..next step is swallowing ..then vomiting it back up.. got to your library ..and check out a few books on dieting ..do it right and you will loose weight ..putting food in your mouth then spitting it out ...is not healthy

properly while i'm no longer in a rush, i in basic terms soak up one or 2 as much as 4 bites at a time, and if i'm in a very enormous hurry, i in basic terms stuff it down my throat, or i in basic terms dont eate something in any respect!! like right this moment, all i've got had is ham and cheese warm pocket, and that i havent been that hungrey....*wonders why??* =)
