Just dont add water. Try some cooked rice, vegetables, maybe some ground meat in with her dry food, try a little bit of gravy. Make a roast or ham? Use some of the juice. Scrambled eggs, canned broth...chicken, vegetable or beef whichever. Mix it up a bit. Dont worry, she will come around.

I have a pit and he sometimes doesn't seem to want his dry food, so I know exactly what you mean. Adding water doesn't help. He loves some gravy-type canned food added to the dry food, but it's best not to add much liquid because soggy food is worse for the teeth.
Pits seem to have a tendency to eat just enough or even undereat, rather than overeat like some dogs. If I don't give in and add canned food, he does eventually eat. Sometimes I do have to be creative. I might crumble a dog biscuit and sprinkle it on the dry dog food to entice him.
And remember, pit bulls are all about playing. You can make a game out of meal time. For example, a treat ball that you stuff with treats can be stuffed with dry food. You can also use her desire for play and interaction by having lots of training sessions -- sit, fetch, shake, lay down -- and use dry food for the reward. Then leave the rest of the bowl for her to finish.

She's acting spoiled because you're letting her get away with it. She's figured out that if she refuses food you'll give in and give her something that she likes better. Wet food is pretty hard on dog teeth and is quite expensive to feed exclusively.
I retrained my pit to eat her dry food by breaking her feeding time into 2x a day. I feed her 1/2 of her food at 8am then the other half at 8pm. She has 15 minutes to clean out her bowl and then it is put away until next feeding time. It took her about 5 days to get into the swing of it and figure out that she wasn't going to get her way and we haven't had any trouble with her since.

Call around to some pet stores and tell them your problem. If they are a good pet store they will work with you. Ask them for any samples. Put down the samples one at a time, dry for a couple of days. Believe me. If your dog gets real hungry she will eat. Sort of like build it and they will come..Just kidding. You know that baseball field of dreams. Ha Ha

My dogs did the same thing so I made food completely unavailable to them and at each meal showed them food. If they didn't show interest I took it away and repeated it next meal time. It took about 5 skipped meals but they've never been picky about it since.
you can also try :Go to Pet-Questions.com or Take your Pit to the Vet. It might be
somthing series.

Just feed her the dry food...after two or three days she will eat it. Don't add water to it though, just have a water bowl nearby! You are the master, remember that!

What type of food are you buying. I know it sounds strange but some brands your dog just may not care for. Try getting a different brand. What do you have to lose the dog doesn't like what your feeding now.

mix dry dog food with like a scrambled egg.. not water. that just makes it soggy. try some chopped chicken or scrambled eggs or chopped up left overs from dinner. they want what you have and don't give in to that. they need to eat there own food. try it and if that doesn't work then call your vet.
