if you dont overdo it, no, i dont think it will....
if you're concerned about what will stunt your growth, its staying up too late at night surrounded by light (eg discos), as this will inhibit the release of growth hormone.
hope this heloed you a little bit!!!!

hello, its not going to stunt your growth. and yes doing weights everyday isnt good. your still to young for weights instead do step classes or pilitties if your gym offers these classes. u can do cardio everyday tho. 30mins is good enough. plus watching what u eat. i also go to the gym have been for 5 years but im way older, and have personal trainers which helps u also. they will tell u what ur body needs.but u are still growing so eat well but not alot of sweets or junk cause the older u get the harder it is to lose. so thats good ur getting into it now , so make it a part of ur everyday living and grow older healthy, take good care of urself. when ur alittle older u can start a program on weights. good luck. and yes u can do alot of cardio at home by jogging everynight and etc. whatever works for ur motivations.

Yes, it is possible to stunt your growth by overexercising, but this is only when it is really carried to extremes.
An hour a day at the gym is excellent - one day an hour of cardio, the next day an hour of weight and resistance training.
This will accomplish almost any goal you have with fitness - body sculpting takes a little more work.

If all you are trying to do is turn fat into muscle you can do it easily without even hitting the gym. All you need is a pull up bar, a place to do push ups and crunches and a place to run. Gyms are great if you are trying to bulk up but turning fat into muscle is easiest done the old fashion way. Also, heavy lifting is strongly discouraged to anyone under the age of 21 because up until that age a person can still grow.

do not workout every day ..youbody grows outside the gym ..not while you are in it ... lift 3-4 days a week..if you feel you must do more...don't!
15 yrs and 170 ..I take it you are overweight ?? perhaps lift 3 days and run 1-3 miles 3-4 days ..just take 2 days off every week to allow your body to recover ..you didn't get fat in 2 weeks..you won't get thin in 2 weeks either ..loose 2-3 pounds a weeks at the most ..or you will end up being a smaller version of your same fat self

You need to work out only three (3)* days a week.* Example >> Monday, Wednesday & Friday.* Always skip one (1)* day between your workouts.* You need to do bench presses, but not real heavy weights.*

you should definatly work out. but dont lift too much..even if its aside from bench pressing.
also- ask your doctor if your finished growing yet. and the correct amount to excercise. because it can diefnatly stunt your growth if you do to much
