They do have a US Army Black Delta website but nothing much else. That is why I am trying to find out more about another branch of the US Armed Forces black ops. Please answer seriously and appropriately. Thank you.

I spent 15 years in special operations. I was there when they formed Delta (Project Blue Light). Never heard of any unit called "Black Delta". Does not mean they do not exist but it is highly unlikely.
Delta is the most elite unit in the military. They do not admit they are assigned to the unit. They do not stand in formation or follow hair cut policies. They are allowed to individually work out at local spas. Their facilities and training are secret. Their missions are even more secret.
Black Ops by definition are borderline illegal. If they get wet they are definitely illegal. You are not going to hear about Delta or their missions for obvious reasons. They would be an even more of a cause celeb than "Dog Lab".

A Top Secret Black Ops team that you can't find any information about? Hmmmmm, yup, makes sense. They are Top Secret for a reason.
If you don't know, then you don't need to know.

There is no such thing as Black Delta, There is (or was when i retired from the Army in 93) a US Army detachment Delta. Commonly miscalled Delta Force. But Detachment Delta is not Black ops , They are Special Forces aka Green Beret

Its called Third Echelon. It is run by joint CIA, FBI, NSA units. They recently just took down a semi operational nuclear bomb in the hand of terrorists somewhere in the middle east (though some evidence points to New York). It was founded by Sam Fisher in the early 90's and run by . Colonel Irving Lambert. The terrorist organization was John Brown's Army. All of this is semi, but was leaked when one of the NSA laptops got stolen.

Central Intelligence Agency Special Activities Division. If the government doesn't want you to know about a top secret global operation they get SAD paramilitary agents.
