I do not believe in Satan because I do not build with ideas in my mind a model of self and world divided by a spiritual conflict between good and evil. I build with ideas in my mind a model of self and world unified by an infinity divinity eternally one that manifests as an infinite four: infinite seed, infinite body, infinite soul and infinite spirit. I believe spiritual unity exists between all beings even when conflict between predator and prey makes the drama of life and death an entertaining experience. Some use their belief in the influence of Satan on the mind of self as an excuse for their predatory behavior towards others. Some use their belief in the influence of Satan on the mind of others to justify attacking others as being evil and or as being 'of Satan'. We live in a global culture dominated by communities of faithful believers motivated by a model of self and world divided by a spiritual conflict between a good one in Heaven and an evil one cast down to and ruling over Earth. There is a tendency for successful predators to present themselves to the global culture as being 'good' and to present sacrificed prey to the global culture as being 'evil'. I believe in a spiritual sense divine eternal souls act as both predator and prey while ordering the chaos of minds in bodies that live and die. We are free in the infinite love and divine freedom of the eternal soul spirit to experience the entertainment that may be derived from getting in side of seed bodies and guiding conscious minds to act in the drama of life and death as life forms in one of an infinite number, diverty, and variety of body consuming biospheres. Communities of faithful believers are free in the infinite love and divine freedom of the spirit to choose to have low esteem of self and world that follows from belief in a model of self and world divided by a spiritual conflict between a good one in Heaven at war with an evil one cast down to and ruling over Earth. In a material sense both predator and prey are limited by risk of liability, by form and function of their alien fractal infernal temporal seed bodies and by competition for energy, space and time against other life forms in a body consuming biosphere of limited dimensions. These limitations cause behavior of life forms to be strangely attracted to a standard of conduct dictated by laws of nature, state, and universe. Because I believe spiritual unity exists between all beings even when conflict of predator of prey makes the drama of life and death an entertaining experience, I do not believe in a world divided by a spiritual conflict between good and evil. Because I do not believe in a world divided by a spiritual conflict between good and evil, I do not believe in Satan.

Well this is my opinion. I don't think Satan is just one body, like the one soul we are. God forbid Satan is just one! That poor devil if it is. I do know that evil is real and we see it in everyone some more than others. It scares me because I possess this evil power and I can kill at any moment but I choose not to. But I can't completely control it so that's why it's real scary.

He is real enough. He stands at least 40 feet high, has two blunt protrusions from the top of his forehead, and curiously a muzzle like that of a baboon but a bit blunter. Not something you would want to meet at anytime, especially on a dark night.
He does not scare me because, most happily, I am protected by God. Otherwise I would still be running.

Don't let anyone tell you different; satan is real. But I'm not scared of him, for I am on Jesus' side of the fence :) We have power over satan as Christians. Just rebuke him in the name of Jesus and he will flee from you!

Satan is make-believe just like god. Satan was invented be the religious people to scare people into being good people and to scare them to stay followers of religion.

What scares me are the people who fill the heads of impressionable children with images of a fork tailed devil roasting atheists (and bad children) in hell.
Fear instilled in children can last a lifetime and goes a long way in explaining why otherwise reasonable adults still talk about the devil as if he was real.

Yes, Satan is real... he temps me all the time, and sometimes I get really scared of him, and if I am making good choices, or if it is the devil tempting me, but I have God on my side, so I know I can trust in God, to help me not be scared of Satan

I am afraid of myself more. My demise is my sinful self who is tripped up by Satan or through my own sinful lust/pride.
Jesus my Saviour conqured him and I thru Him can do the same.
1 Peter 5 ; 8 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
James 4;7- Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Ephesians 6 ; 10 - 18 -
