As someone who is also afflicted with SAD, I know how devastading this disorder can be. Winter is a 'tomb' for me. I have tried depression pills, lights, therapy, everything! However nothing has worked for me except Spring. I only wish I could help you. If you find a solution, please contact me. This is a serious disorder and very hard to get through. If you want to email me for help, feel free. It just might help both you and me. Thank you for the question as it brought out the truth in me. <<<>>> Joy

you know spending all that money on a light box is kind of silly when any bright light will do the trick, go down to your local walmart and buy a grow light, then sit in front of it for thirty minutes a day, will do just as much good as a SAD light box.

many places sell the lights now, ebay are prob the cheapest, followed by amazon, then lumie.co.uk then johnlewis.co.uk or comet.co.uk the more expensive the beeter the chances of it not breaking on you- or getting a refund if it does!
