Is there a big difference between using HDMI cable or Hd Cable?

Im using HDMI to hookup PS3 to my tv. So i have no oter hdmi input for my tv so i use an HD cable to hookup my comcast box to the tv. So my question is will there be any difference in picture if i hookup the comcast box using HDMI instead of HD cables? Will there be a big difference. I use opticle for sound and i have amazing sound system so i do not care about sound.

There should be no difference using good Component cables vs HDMI as long as both inputs are calibrated.

If you are using el-cheapo component cables built for 480i - you could see an improvement going to HDMI.
