Everyone needs to have an open mind upon meeting someone..
Some people it takes a while to figure out....
Some people like to judge people on first impressions which isnt fair to the other person....
The person that you may be judging may not just open up and be themselves it may take them to get to know you and feel comfortable around you....
Those who dont take the opportunity to get to know someone really well but would rather judge them usually take the first impression and judge them rather poorly and miss out on a great friendship opportunity.
I on the other hand take the time to get to really know the person....
