I mean people get motivated to exercise but then later on like a week or month later poeple get tired n lazy n don't exercsie no more ..why

I think it's mainly because they don't see the results they were hoping for. Exercise takes a bit of some patience. You can't expect to lose 15 pounds in a week, it isn't healthy. So they probably get disappointed and stop excerising.

Because exercise isn't as instantaneously gratifying like TV and Take out.

I really hate the world we live in. I have seen kids at my school who have parents drive them 0.5 miles home from school because "My band instrument is TOO heavy to walk with!"

Give me a time machine.

They exercise too hard, usually because they want rapid weight loss or muscle gain, and then realize is doesn't work that way. Often when they do this, they end up hurting themselves and figure that exercise is not for them

a total lack of discipline in maintaining their bodies. More and more people in our country seem to want to be taken care of and don't want to work for what they need to have...is how our government got so screwed up and why those who work for what they have get screwed by those who just suck the government tit for everything they need or want.
