I have a really bad pain in my arm. what can i use to make it go away.?

besides Tylenol and aspirin.

Well it depends on what you have done to cause the pain. If for example you have a knife sticking out of your arm, then remove it? Pain in the arm can be anything from heart attack to Arthritis.
