I believe that question and some of the answers were from folks who cannot understand or define the word "Evolution".

to plan, sketch a drawing, come up with an idea too.
I think the problem is that because they (IDers) claim that some things are so complex there must be a designer. Which is fine, but if something complex requires a designer, then wouldn't the designer, who must be at least as equally complex as what he/she/it has designed, also require a designer? The answer that you're going to get to this (ie that god has always existed) shows that ID is just creationism by another name no matter how much they try and deny it's not all about the religion.
Ultimiately ID/creationism is basically the modern equivalent of thinking fire is caused by a god
Also I'm always reminded of a quote by Douglas Adams
". . . imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, 'This is an interesting world I find myself in, an interesting hole I find myself in, fits me rather neatly, doesn't it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!' "

Because you do not believe that God "designed" the universe. Therefore (according to the fundies) you are unaware of the true definition of design. Because it's not possible that someone who cannot properly spell atheist or understand what the term scientific theory means is wrong.

To construct, to work out a form.
Maybe the non-atheists should look up the definition.

When I throw a pebble in a lake, making those beautiful concentric circles.... is that a "design" whose existence requires a designer?

He was a troll, and we were able to define it. As for the rest of what he wanted, I have no idea.

Just don't take that guy seriously... he thought that you guys would quiver in fear and convert if he asked enough question about design.

Someone "thought" they were being smart. Not realizing, he was actually showing how stupid he was.
