I am having a serious tiime-saving problem...?

My problem is here in Southern California.
My computer changed the time to fall back one hour which caused him time conflict with his church hours.

My problem is do we change to fall back one hour now or the next weekend. My father told me that on the radio the Congress changed the saving time for the next week.

Can anyone give me a direct web site address addressing these issues?

It's next weekend, just change the time on your computer until next weekend.
