OK if you have two months ,thirty pounds is easy to lose drink lots of water ,drink only juice such as tomato ,or v-8 or orange juice ,grapefruit is really good ,eat six small meals a day such as oatmeal, than peanut butter crackers and a cup of broth than a normal lunch than two hours later an orange or fruit of some kind than a small dinner around four than another orange or crackers two hours later,if you eat something small every two to three hours than not eat after six at night you will lose weight trust me this works ,in the morning or before bed do a half hour of work out such as sit ups or dancing to get your heart rate up . good luck.

I don't care what anybody says...Exercise is the best method.
If you hate exercise then you might as well forget it. Exercise stimulates your body in many ways. Not only keeps you trimmer but can take you out of that depressed feeling many of of get occasionally as well as keeps away cardio vascular
problems. I eat anything I want but I make sure take time to walk or run or ride my bike daily. Even if you are sitting there watching TV. Lay on the floor and lift your legs, do some sit ups. Exercise is the key to a healthy body along with a healthy diet. Try to cut out some or most of the junk food.
Sugars is what will get you.. Also you might try a multi vitamin.

Consult you physician before starting any exercise.

5 small healthy meals a day every 3 hrs. & exercise 30-60 minutes for 6-7 days per week (walk, jog, go on the treadmill, kickboxing, swimmming, lifting weights, buy a workout dvd from denise austin or turbo jam), no junk food or soda...

only water w/ every meal (aim for 2 glasses of water per meal to keep hydrated), eat between 1000-1500 calories per day, on those days you exercise less, consume between 1000-1200 calories, but on days when you exercise more, eat between 1300-1500 calories

here's an example of what you can eat in a day...

breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 cup wholegrain cereal w/ strawberries & nonfat milk

snack: 1 apple & 1 string cheese

lunch: pb&j sandwich on wholegrain bread (make it an open-faced sandwich to save calories-that means 1 slice of bread instead of 2), make sure the pb is all natural and that the jam is low in sugar & calories & have it with half a banana

snack: 5 raw almonds w/ lowfat yogurt OR 5 raw walnuts w/ lowfat yogurt

dinner: grilled salmon w/ 1/2 cup brown rice & salad (dressing: unlimited balsamic or apple cider vinegar & limited extra virgin olive oil) or steamed veggies

*also, whenever you crave something, drink a glass of water and you'll feel full!!! or just have half a grapefruit to feel full- it really works!

i lost 30 lbs. in 2-3 months by doing all this! good luck! =)

don't forget... this is NOT a diet! this is a healthy lifestyle!

Obv you don't need to starve yourself, but you should cut back on the amount of unhealthy foods you are eating and replace them with a healthy option which you like. You should also try to exercise by going to the gym, but if you din't have time to do this you could always just walk places instead taking the car, or exercising in the house while you are watching the TV.
good luck =]

The simple answer is don't. Whats the rush? You have your whole life in front of you and you should want to be healthy for as much of it as you can.

The only proven safe effective way of weight loss is to slowly increase your exercise levels while slowly making healthy changes to your diet.

This method doesn't sell a lot of books and its not what the huge fitness industry is going to tell you but its the truth. Once you achieve a healthy lifestyle then there is no need to diet and no need to buy any special weight loss products.

Also once you achieve a healthy lifestyle you realize that you don't even want to go back to the things that made you fat in the first place. If you do it right then you never have to 'diet' again.

Well, I try to stay healthy, but sometimes it so hard with a cat a dog and 5 kids I need to take care of.

I try to run in place while I cook, and go on jogs with my kids and dog, I exercise allot at the gym, and I don't eat junk food, when my soon to be husband is at home, I go into my back yard and:
Jog
Jumping Jacks
Push ups
Play with the dog
Throw my dog his ball
Take him for a walk

and I only eat unhealthy foods 1 a week, I need to stay in good shape because I am having money troubles in my life, and have 3 jobs.

So keep exercising and eat healthy and you will lose those pounds

Hope this helps! =D

Eat healthy foods such as celery which has minus calories, go to a local gym, or you could have a simple healthy breakfast, the same type of lunch, and a regular dinner, that should help a little at least, i lost 14 pounds in about 2 months doing that

Well, I.m in the military and i'd say try going to the local gym or if you have your own gym and inquire about Cross-fit training and it doesnt take alot out of your schedule, find a guide from the gym and follow it to the letter, but you have to make sure your cardio level reaches the fat-burning levels.
Good luck
