Not all that difficult.What you can do is take up different seeds like groundnut,wheat,pulses like moong.Grow them together and compare the various factors such length of the plant,number of seeds.See the positioning of the radicle and plumule.
You can also bring about slight variation in the envionmental conditions like growing a few seeds of the same plant at different temperatures,different light conditions.Water them differently,show the effect of manure in the growth of plants.
You can incorporate many variations,but do make sure that they are possible.
